Dingfeng Investment
Shanghai Dingfeng Equity Investment Management Center (Limited Partnership) (hereinafter referred to as "Dingfeng Investment") originated from Dingfeng Investment Division in 2008 and was officially registered in March 2012. In 2014, it was awarded the certificate of private equity investment fund manager issued by China Securities Investment Fund Industry Association (filing number: P1001851). Dingfeng Investment covers equity investment, industrial investment, mergers and acquisitions and other directions, and cooperates with government-guided funds to explore the road of industrial holding investment.
Dingfeng Investment focuses on semiconductor and information technology, advanced equipment manufacturing, medicine and medical care, new energy industry, entertainment education and other fields, with a management scale of more than 5 billion yuan and more than 100 investment projects. In 2016, Dingfeng Investment and Hubei Yangtze River Economic Belt Industry Guidance Fund jointly established Dingfeng Yangtze River Fund of Funds, with a total scale of 2 billion yuan.
